What are the Website Requirements needed to run Split Testing Pro?

In order for Split Testing Pro to work properly, your website must meet the following minimum requirements:

- Your website must be hosted on a Unix or Linux server. If you currently host on a windows server, let us know and we will let you know as soon as our windows version is available.

- Your web host needs to support php 4.3 or higher (most hosts do).

- Your index page and your target page must be HMTL. If you currently use another file extension, just let us know which one and we will let you know as soon as that file extension is available.

- Your index page and your target page must have the same URL.

- If your target page is Secure, the SSL certificate must match your URL, in order for the program to properly track the conversion.

Is your Auto Upload Feature safe?

Yes. Your security is our highest priority. The web page that you enter your FTP information on is encrypted with 128 bit SSL technology. In addition, once you have uploaded the program, your information is instantly purged from our database.

What if I want to upload the files manually?

Not a problem. We have a manual download option available. Instructions on how to manually load the program onto your server is available after you sign up.

How is your program search engine and SEO friendly?

Split Testing Pro is unique because the test pages you create don't actually replace your original index page. Using search engine friendly technology, Split Testing Pro simply detects search engine spiders and lets them pass right through to your original index page, while visitors are instantly redirected to your test pages, providing you with the best of both worlds. Even when a campaign is complete and the highest converting page becomes the default, only visitors will actually see it. The original index page still remains as the only page visible to the search engines, until you decide to change it.

How do I get a refund if I decide to cancel?

Simply email support@splittestingpro.com with your name, current Paypal email address so we know where to send the refund (do not send us your password), and a note asking us to credit your account, and we will simply send a refund payment to your Paypal account.
